Yoga for Beginners

These classes are designed for beginners as well as those coming back to yoga after a break. They will introduce you to gentle safe stretching and hatha yoga poses, as well as offering the opportunity to learn something of the whole nature of yoga, including some mediation and breathwork. Each class finishes with a long relaxation. The style of yoga taught is Hatha Flow but at a pace suitable for beginners.

Yoga for beginners classes take place as follows:
 Monday, 8pm-9.15pm

Tuesday, 6.30pm-7.45pm

Wednesday, 7.45pm-9pm

 

These classes can be attended on a drop-in basis by paying €15 per class or using a class card.
