Baby Massage

In this 4 week course you will learn specific strokes and stretches for baby during this period of rapid growth and development. Each week we will add on to what we learned the previous week and in the last class do a full body baby massage.

You'll learn techniques that will help to calm your baby and aid digestion. One study shows babies who receive infant massage gain 47 percent more body weight than those not massaged.

There is no minimum age for babies to join this class and really, the sooner you start, the better.
